Administrators are supposed to do most of their work as an
ordinary user and only log on as an administrator to perform administrative
functions. One way to allow users with an administrative alias to share
profile information (e.g., My Documents or Start Menu) would be to populate the All
Users profile with the information that you want to be global for all users.
