EIA Standard -- The EIA standard looks at all motion as if the tool is moving and the work piece is stationary, so checking this box indicates that the tool motion adheres to the EIA standard. The EIA standard is met if 1) tool motion is in the XY plane and rotation moves the cutter from +X to +Y; 2) tool motion is In the ZX plane and rotation moves the cutter from +Z to +X; or 3) tool motion is in the YZ plane and rotation moves the cutter from +Y to +Z.
