Rapid Address -- On some controllers, the address of the register containing the feedrate code is not the same as that of the normal feedrate register (e.g., F20.0 for feed mode vs. E8 for rapid mode). This parameter is used to indicate the address of the rapid feedrate register. Note: that G00 could invoke rapid without need for this parameter being set to "G". (Intcom 2073)
