There are 4 options: 1) vector is modal and is output if the delta is greater then or equal to zero, 2) vector is non-modal and is output if the delta is greater then or equal to zero, 3) vector is modal and is output if the delta is greater then zero only, or 4) vector is non-modal and is output if the delta is greater then zero only.
