Specs
This is the minimum distance the control recognizes on a linear motion block. This value applies to the X, Y, and Z(W) axes.
This is the maximum departure allowed in a single block of motion data. Any motion over this limit is divided into multiple records. NOTE: Incremental mode must be available for this feature to be in effect.
Also see the postprocessor command MCHTOL.
This option applies to multi-axis machines only. This option controls whether motion related machine letter registers (e.g. GXYZIJKF, etc.) are treated as if they are modal or non-modal. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,88,TO,0 $$ Address registers GXYZIJKF are modal (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,88,TO,1 $$ Address registers GXYZIJKF are not modal.
This option applies to multi-axis machines only. If while processing a MULTAX CL File, a CL Point with only 3 parameters (XYZ) is encountered, one of the following will be selections can be made:
Use Previous tool axis
Set tool Axis = 0,0,1
This option applies to multi-axis machines only. When a rotary axis move to 0 or 360 is output the post can automatically reformat that move as follows:
+/- 0 outputs +/- 0 and +/- 360 outputs +/- 360
-360 will output –0
+0 will output +360
+/- 0 will output +/- 360
Select the desired output for 0 and 360
This option applies to multi-axis machines only. The tool axis vector affects the rotary motion of the machine. The vector tolerance is the smallest deviation allowed by the post for calculating a new rotary axis move. Some systems output very small vector deviations, sometimes called vector wiggle, which will cause very small rotary axis moves to be output. You can eliminate these small rotary axis moves by changing the vector tolerance, the larger the tolerance the less vector deviation allowed.
