Or, select the New button on the toolbar:

After selecting New you must specify the type of option file you are creating from the following dialog box :

After specifying the type, select Next. The next dialog asks you to define the location and number (.pnn) of the new option file. Option files (and their FIL files) are generally stored in your CAMLIB directory, but of course this is entirely up to you:

After selecting the location and option file number, select Next. The next dialog asks you how the new option file is to be initialized:

All option files must be initialized from something:

After you have decided how the new option file is to be initialized, select Next. What happens next depends on the method of initialization. Selecting Postprocessor defaults will take you straight to the option file title dialog. Selecting either of the other two methods will result in the system asking you to select an option file - either a system supplied default file or an existing option file created during a previous session. After you have selected the option file which will act as a template, you are taken to the option file title dialog as follows:

generate/new06.gif

Type in the desired title and then select Finish. If you leave the title blank, a default title will be assigned.
