CUTCOM - No PQ Vectors

PQ vectors output on each CUTCOM block

You should check this box if you require PQ vectors to be output on each CUTCOM block. If PQ vectors are not required to be output on each CUTCOM block, do not check this box

Output

Cutter comp, prep, and offset codes output with XY motion blocks

Some controllers require that the cutter compensation preparatory and offset codes be output with an X or Y motion block. If your controller has this requirement, this box should be checked. Checking this box will cause the multiple G-code switch to be turned on. If your controller does not require the cutter compensation codes to be output with an XY move, do not check this box. When CUTCOM/cmd is set to output with the next XY motion block, it included G40,G41 and G42 codes. This was indicated by setting INTCOM(2708)=0.

Now a new option has been added to the CUTCOM panel in the Option file to output G40 code by itself for CUTCOM/OFF and output G41,G42 with next motion block as before.

Output sine and cosine of first compensated move with LEFT/RIGHT blocks.

Some controllers require the sine and cosine of the first compensated move with the LEFT/RIGHT blocks. Note that the postprocessor will output these vector values only for the first move after a CUTCOM statement in the part program if this box is checked.

Output tool number as the diameter offset number when not specified.

This selection will cause the diameter offset value to be the same as the tool number if the diameter offset value is not specified in the CUTCOM/LEFT-RIGHT command.

Prep/G-Codes

CUTCOM/LEFT

If cutter compensation is available on your controller, enter the numeric value of the prep code required for a CUTCOM/LEFT command. If cutter compensation is not available, select NA.

CUTCOM/RIGHT

If cutter compensation is available on your controller, enter the numeric value of the prep code required for a CUTCOM/RIGHT command. If cutter compensation is not available, select NA.

CUTCOM/OFF

If cutter compensation is available on your controller, enter the numeric value of the prep code required for a CUTCOM/OFF command. If cutter compensation is not available, select NA.

Diameter Offset Address

If cutter compensation is available on your controller and an offset address is to output with the Prep/G-code, select the desired letter address. If an offset address is not needed, select NA.
