Output IJK Circ. Interp (ABSOLUTE)

In absolute mode, the contents of the IJK registers in circular interpolation can be output in one of four ways:

MULTAX CL File

This option controls whether the postprocessor will accept MULTAX CL (Cutter Location) records. It is important to note that setting this option will cause the MULTAX CL record vectors to be ignored. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Indentical Points

The postprocessor suppresses the output of the points in the part program that appear in succession and have identical coordinates. If you want to output the second coordinate or your control requires motion registers to have a zero length motion record, make the appropriate selection. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Circ. IJK When Zero

Some controllers assume the IJK registers are zero if they do not appear in a circular block. Other controllers require that the IJK values be in the circular block even when the value is zero. Check this box if the IJK codes should be output when the value is zero. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Input CL File

This option controls whether the postprocessor will be configured to read either Intercim APT or IBM APT style CL (Cutter Location) files. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Feedrate for Circles

This option controls whether true radial feedrate calculations are used for circular interpolation. During circular interpolation, the velocity of the cutting edge of the tool is not the same as the velocity of the center of the tool radius. For example, a .20 tool radius driven around a .005 corner at 10 IPM would actually result in a tangential velocity of much less than 10 IPM. This option directs the postprocessor to adjust programmed feedrates to correct this condition. CAUTION: The caveat here is that adjustment of tangential feedrate can cause extremely high feedrate calculations under conditions where the cutter is large and the toolpath addresses small outside radii. Sequence Nbr Output

This option controls whether sequence numbers are output on operator comment blocks. Some controllers require that operator information blocks must have a sequence number. Others stipulate that they cannot have sequence numbers. Make the appropriate selection for your control's requirements. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
