Verification Print

Normally the machine X dimensions shown in the verification listing are presented as radii (Spindle centerline to tool tip). This option allows you to specify the verification data be output as part diameters (modified by tool nose radius). Selection of this option does not imply that the machine control data file is modified - this data is controlled via the Machine Tool Type/Specs panel. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Primary Turret

This option is provided for consistency with our previous versions of the generalized postprocessor. You should not set this option. Use the Machine Tool Type panel to accommodate the settings addressed by this option.

Horz./Vert. Lathe

This option is provided for consistency with our previous versions of the generalized postprocessor. You should not set this option. Use the Machine Tool Type panel to accommodate the settings addressed by this option.

Output Axis Preset

The automatic preset blocks can be output BEFORE or AFTER the T-code block which indexes the turret. The order is significant on some machine tools. The sequence may determine whether the offsets are applied immediately or with the next motion block. Check this box if you wish for the preset blocks to be output BEFORE the tool change block. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Merging Option

This option is provided for consistency with our previous versions of the generalized postprocessor. You should not set this option. Use the Machine Tool Type panel to accommodate the settings addressed by this option.

Thread Lead Register

This option provides control of conditions where a thread lead of zero would be output or suppressed. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Verification Output Sign

This option provides control of how the X verification register is presented in the verification listing. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Thread Register Modality

This option provides control of output of the thread lead registers when the lead values are repetitious. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

XZ --> UW

This option provides control of the registers for the secondary turret. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

MODE/INCR[,OFF]

This option controls emptying of register addresses when the postprocessor command MODE/INCR or MODE/INCR,OFF is used. When switching between incremental and absolute mode it is necessary to clear the state of letter address registers to ensure subsequent machine control data output is complete for operational needs. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
