PLABELs 91 - 99
This option controls the output format of the machine control data file. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,91,TO,0 $$ Word address tape format (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,91,TO,1 $$ Fixed field tape format.
PLABEL/OPTION,91,TO,2 $$ Tab sequential format.
PLABEL/OPTION,91,TO,3 $$ Fixed field with address.
Some controllers require the positioning preparatory codes be repeated with the axis values, even when the last move was made under rapid traverse. Others retain the current preparatory code as modal. Modal codes are output only when their value changes, not on every block. Note that this option does not make the RAPID command modal in a part program. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,92,TO,0 $$ Rapid G-code is modal (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,92,TO,1 $$ Rapid G-code is non-modal.
This option controls whether circular motion blocks will output a new record at every quadrant crossing or at a user specified angular displacement. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,93,TO,0 $$ Default circular interpolation. Circle records break at every quadrant crossing (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,93,TO,90 $$ Maximum degrees per block=90
PLABEL/OPTION,93,TO,180 $$ Maximum degrees per block=180
PLABEL/OPTION,93,TO,270 $$ Maximum degrees per block=270
PLABEL/OPTION,93,TO,360 $$ Maximum degrees per block=360
Circular interpolation blocks may represent the radius or radius center in one of two ways. The machine may use two registers to locate the radius center relative to the tool tip. In that case, choose IJK to select ARC OFFSET. If the machine uses a single register containing the actual radius for the circular motion, choose RADIUS to select RADIUS programming. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,94,TO,0 $$ Output IJK with circular G-codes (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,94,TO,1 $$ Output R with circular G-codes.
This option controls machine control data output for program startup. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,95,TO,0 $$ Startup information. Output G-codes and PARTNO (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,95,TO,1 $$ Suppress startup G-codes.
PLABEL/OPTION,95,TO,0 $$ Suppress PARTNO at startup.
PLABEL/OPTION,95,TO,0 $$ Suppress G-codes and PARTNO at startup.
This option controls whether input and CL (Cutter Location or Toolpath) record numbers are included in the verification listing. By default CL and input record numbers are associated with their corresponding output MCD records. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,97,TO,0 $$ Print input line number and CL record number (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,97,TO,1 $$ Suppress input line number and CL record number.
PLABEL/OPTION,97,TO,2 $$ Suppress CL record number verification.
PLABEL/OPTION,97,TO,3 $$ Suppress input line number verification.
This field is to contain the character that will be output at the end of the machine control data file representing the rewind stop code. Change the value only if it differs from the rewind stop code that is to be output at the beginning of the file. Equivalent postprocessor command:
PLABEL/OPTION,99,TO,61 $$ Decimal ASCII value for = (default)
