Input to this field determines how the postprocessor will round off any dimension related values. For lathes that utilize diameter values for cross slide positioning, input should indicate the smallest incremental motion that the slide can make.
This value applies to the X, Z, U and W axes (if U and W are valid for your machine).
This is the maximum departure allowed in a single block of motion data. Any motion over this limit is divided into multiple records. Note: Incremental mode must be available for this feature to be in effect. Also see the postprocessor command MCHTOL.
Note: as of version 5.7, it is possible to allow Max Departure and Resolution to be set by the system (recommended). If set by the system, they will be based on the formats for of the X-Axis and Z-Axis register addresses.

If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the minimum travel limit value for the X axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the minimum travel limit value for the Z axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the minimum travel limit value for the U axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the minimum travel limit value for the W axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the maximum travel limit value for the X axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the maximum travel limit value for the Z axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the maximum travel limit value for the U axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want axes limit checking, enter the machine coordinate that defines the maximum travel limit value for the W axis. The postprocessor uses the value to verify the current axis position after each move.
If you want the postprocessor to issue warnings when the axes limits specified on this panel are violated, check this box.

This option provides control of the registers for the secondary turret. Some Lathes have two seperate tool turrets each with their own coordinate system. On some machines both coordinate systems will be XZ but on others one is XZ and the other is UW.
Equivalent postprocessor commands:
PLABEL/OPTION,59,TO,0 $$ Change XZ to UW for secondary turret for 2+2 lathes (default).
PLABEL/OPTION,59,TO,1 $$ Do not Change XZ to UW on 2+2 lathes.
This field allows four possible settings that influence the CL (Cutter Location) Data to machine coordinate system conversions.
The sign of the X value is the same as its CL value.
The machine interprets X values as diametric dimensions.
The sign of the X value is the opposite of its CL value.
X values are diametric and the sign is opposite its CL value.
