Z Value in Cycle Block

This option controls whether the Z value in cycle blocks is output in absolute or incremental mode. The Z value can be output several ways:

Linear Interpolation Output

This option controls output for linear motion blocks. Some controls will not allow XYZ motion in the same block. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Cycle Motion Analysis

Some imported controllers have built-in retract capabilities that cause a crash condition if the postprocessor performs motion analysis and outputs a CYCLE/OFF code. Do not check this box if you wish to suppress the motion analysis and force out cycle motion in one block.

FROM Commands

This option controls how the postprocessor operates on FROM statements. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Auto Break

This option controls the M-code to be output when the Auto Break feature generates a break sequence. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

This option controls the output of the lead value in the IJK registers as generated by the postprocessor command ARCSLP. Equivalent postprocessor commands:

Inverse Time Calc Method

This field provides the option to cause the postprocessor to calculate the inverse time feedrate using one of two methods for MULTAX moves only. These values for non MULTAX moves can be resolved mathematically.

Endpoint Correction Method

This option is used for the handling the last point in a circular motion record if it falls outside of the true arc of the circle. Many toolpath generating systems use an iterative method for producing the toolpath for circular tool motion. In such cases a record is passed to the postprocessor indicating the following motion records are to be used for machining a radius or circle. If the tolerance band is sufficiently large it is possible that the last calculated point is outside the calculated arc of the radius or circle. This option provides several methods for handling these cases. Equivalent postprocessor commands:
