Linear
Specify the desired G-Code for linear interpolation. The Default is G01.
Check this box if the linear interpolation G-Code is modal (e.g., the code is output only when it changes).
Select the desired output type for linear interpolation blocks. The options are:
Output XYZ in one block
Output XY then Z -- this selection will spilt all linear interpolation blocks into two blocks with the XY move in the first block followed by the Z move in the second.
Output Z then XY -- this selection will spilt all linear interpolation blocks into two blocks with the Z move in the first block followed by the XY move in the second.
Note: This is not Motion Analysis for rapid moves. This only affects the non-rapid linear moves. If you are looking for rapid motion analysis see the Rapid Motion screen.
This check box is used to turn linearization on or off. Note: use caution when setting linearization. A large amount of MCD can be output.
Two adjacent moves will not exceed this value. The value must be positive. The default is 0.005.
If the distance tolerance is met, an additional test can be done for a vector change. Tool axis change between two moves will not exceed this angular tolerance. The value must be positive. Default is zero to disable this test.
