Prep/G-Codes

XY Prep Code

If your controller will accept circular interpolation in all three planes, enter the prep code required to select the XY plane. If your controller will not accept circular interpolation in three planes, enter NA (not available).

ZX Prep Code

If your controller will accept circular interpolation in all three planes, enter the prep code required to select the ZX plane. If your controller will not accept circular interpolation in three planes, enter NA (not available).

YZ Prep Code

If your controller will accept circular interpolation in all three planes, enter the prep code required to select the YZ plane. If your controller will not accept circular interpolation in three planes, enter NA (not available).

Cutcom Plane

The two available options are:

• Use G1 if Circle / Plane does not match CUTCOM Plane -- select this if you want G1 output when the circular interpolation plane does not match the CUTCOM plane

• Output G2/G3 and switch to Circle / plane -- select this if you want to automatically switch the CUTCOM plane to the Circular plane and output G2/G3 circular moves

Circular Moves

Circular move from +X to +Y is counterclockwise (CCW)

If a circular move starting on the positive X axis and ending on the positive Y axis is a counterclockwise move, check this box. If the circular interpolation preparatory codes are reversed in your machine control data file for the XY plane, do not check this box.

Circular move from +X to +Z is counterclockwise (CCW)

If a circular move starting on the positive X axis and ending on the positive Z axis is a counterclockwise move, check this box. If the circular interpolation preparatory codes are reversed in your machine control data file for the ZX plane, do not check this box.

Circular move from +Y to +Z is counterclockwise (CCW)

If a circular move starting on the positive Y axis and ending on the positive Z axis is a counterclockwise move, check this box. If the circular interpolation preparatory codes are reversed in your machine control data file for the YZ plane, do not check this box.
