Whats This Help

This feature allows for viewing help for a specifc field (e.g., check box, text field, etc.) on a data panel. This help feature can be turned on or off via Whats This Help button in the toolbar. When on, the help is displayed in a small panel below the data panel. When the user clicks on a field in the data panel, the help panel updates with the appropriate help information. To get help about a field without "editing" the field (e.g., selecting a deselected check box), use the Right mouse button. Using the Left mouse button will both update the help and edit the field.
